Our Story
The 2026 Reality (The Why)
The housing landscape has changed. In Atlanta’s Westside, property tax surges are pricing out families who have held their ground for generations. In Boston’s Dorchester, the "attainable" housing market has all but vanished.
In both cities, a single $500 emergency—a medical bill or a car repair—is often the only thing standing between a family and an eviction notice. We exist to close that gap.
The Dual-City Model
Why Atlanta and Boston? While 1,000 miles apart, these cities are mirrors of each other’s housing challenges. By operating in both the North and the South, Gate and Gable:
Shares Innovation: We take successful stabilization tactics from Roxbury and apply them to the West End in real-time.
